Thankfully, a lane backs onto the garden, so four of us removed the green waste into our truck. It was very hot work in intense heat.
Roots were dug up, the area was levelled, and holes were dug for concrete posts. The fence was staggered due to the incline. It is certainly a transformation and will make it easier for both neighbours.
Along with the fence a gate was also installed. Previous to this, there wasn’t any security for the garden, as you could simply walk straight in down the steps from the street above.
