When we first finished the back garden, with the newly laid turf it looked like the photo above. But as the garden was filled with a variety of tools due to us moving into the front of the property to construct the driveway, we couldn’t take photos of other areas of the garden.

Now that we have completely finished the landscaping of the driveway, we were able to clean both areas and take photos. The weather this spring into summer has been very hot and dry, with not much rain. Our customer has been diligent with the watering of the new grass. The edging around the new borders works really well.

Our customer required a large area to be lawn, with borders in the corners of the garden. The lower patio area by the house is smart and inviting. The timber edging under the fence line helps to modernise it and covers what is beneath.

The upper patio has stepping stones leading towards an area ready for a shed, and a garden gate. It connects down across the lawn to the house and lower patio. It’s a good little spot for shooting some hoops.

Once the shed has been constructed in the corner it will finalise this area. We have planted lots of perennials and shrubs.

This shady woodland style border, edged with timber is my favourite border in the garden, enjoying the shade of the canopy above. It’s lovely being underneath it looking towards the patio doors.

Can you believe that this garden previously looked like this? Neither can we! Check back in with us soon to see our next project.
